How It Works
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation serves two purposes.
First, the consultation gives us the chance to get to know each other, a meet and greet, if you will.
Second, the consultation begins the project discussion and gives me an idea of your audience, project goals, concerns and timeline.
If A Few Good Words can help you attain your goals, I will send a Project Proposal complete with parameters, timeline and price.
Signed Contract and Deposit
To get started, just sign and return the Project Proposal and send your good-faith deposit.
A Few Good Words accepts company checks, MC, Visa and PayPal.
Collect Information and Research
The fun begins! Now we collect information and learn about your product or service and audience.
We find out what’s worked in the past, what hasn’t. If you’d like, we help you craft an offer that will grab attention and invigorate your marketing efforts.
If appropriate, we interview key employees and secure customer testimonials.
First Draft
On or before the first draft deadline, you will receive proposed angle and copy outline. In some cases, you will receive two to three possible campaigns.
Take a day or two to review the draft before we talk again. We can arrange a phone conversation. We can exchange comments via email or fax. However you prefer to communicate works for us.
Once we agree on the direction and angle of the piece, we’ll start work on the final draft.
Final Draft
On or before the final draft deadline, you will receive final copy.
At this point, you may edit or ask for revisions, keeping within the original project parameters.
Two Revisions
Up to two revisions of the final draft are included in every project price.
We will work until you are happy with your product.
Final Copy Delivered
On or before the Final Copy deadline, you will receive the edited and revised final copy in .pdf or .doc format.
At this point, you will also receive final invoice which is due within ten days of final copy receipt.
Increase Sales!
The last step is the most important. Distribute your product to increase goodwill, generate leads, and make sales!
